Just sent my log in via the "send for analysis" button on my account.

Unknown symbol, market data requests not allowed.

I kept all of my same symbols as I've been using SC data for 2-3 months now.

You are not using the correct symbols for the Simulated Futures Trading service. You need to use the symbols in File >> Find Symbol:

Did you also want to trade BATS symbols? It is not set up for BATS symbols but it could be.

Re: BATS, yes please.

Re: Wrong symbols, I did the symbol lookup and did not receive an error, but data still did not refresh live with ESM19 and CLM19. If they issue remains tomorrow night when the session opens, I'll let you know. Thanks for the help thus far.

Ok so we understand you are no longer having a problem receiving the real-time future data. That is good. That of course would be due to CME market data authorization issues.

In regards to BATS, we will try to get that done this evening.

Sorry about putting this on the ticket...

I realized this weekend that I didn't need full market depth for numbers bars charts (my primary chart), so I switched over to the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' data feed. Symbols are not known any longer and I'm not getting live data for my evaluator account longer. Can this be fixed, please?

We would not expect a problem with this. This type of issue has been worked out quite a long time ago. But maybe there is some scenario that we are not aware of that is occurring.

Provide us the information below:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Opened up this morning, and live data was flowing again on the symbols for the evaluator. I'm not sure why it wasn't working yesterday.

I did go back and activate my original data feeds to see if that fixed the issue. Is data possible flowing on those instead of the intended non-market depth one? Sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm not sure how the back side of things work.

You should be getting market depth data now as you have the exchanges active with market depth data.
