I have been having a lot of disconnects lately. I have tried both the "fix" and the "web connections, they both seem to be the same. Any help you could give me of figuring this out would be appreciated. I have sent the message log already. Thanks,

I have upgraded to version 1915, but still having disconnect problems. I sent log, please review and let me know if there is something I can do to prevent this. thanks |

I have spoken with CQG, and hey tell me that they provide data to you, then it is passed through your software to me. Consequently, they contend that the problem with with Sierra and not with CQG. I am caught in the middle. Since the only connection I have to CQG is through Sierra, I would end to believe them, that the problem lies with Sierra software. Please advise. |

You have got to be kidding us. This is beyond comprehension. CQG does not even know what they are talking about. Just please wait a couple of months and we are going to have a new package available which includes the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and TT order routing .
