I've attached a screenshot of your DOM showing net profit/loss calculation. Even though I have no position/flat, it continues to calculate and display net profit/loss as if I have a short position. I've already confirmed several times that the position (being flat) is accurate and also this problem is isolated to this computer so I personally think that your program had a erroneous data in one of the datafiles on this computer. I have SC installed on my laptop and on my office computer and I frequently update them all when you release new version. The other two computers don't have this problem. Again, that is why I think this is not server/datafeed related issue. however, I can't find suggest solution anywhere. this has wasted a lot of my time. I already had AMP Futures tech support work on it but they told me that you guys want to deal with this directly.

This is not unusual. Refer to this page:
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

The starting order fill loaded in the chart is not in alignment with a position quantity of 0.

We apologize for the delay.

You just need to follow step 7 here:
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

and it is a problem (of your product).
If you read through the information given you will understand that this is not the case. This is just simply a limitation due to the external service being used which in this case is CQG. It simply is not possible for us to resolve this with CQG unless we would offer centralized order routing with them.

We recommend using this new service which will not have this issue :

I followed step 7 as you instructed but did not correct the problem.

I disagree with your second point because....
as I previously explained, I use exact same setup (SC/CQG) and accounts on three different computers but only one computer has this problem. depending on where I am during the day, I use office computer, home computer, or laptop. I have only one CQG account and I used the same one on all three computers (not simultaneously) and I even copy same chartbooks to all three computers.

And what exactly did you set the Order Fills Start Date-Time to? And what is the time zone of the chart? And was the position flat at that time for the symbol and trade account?

I disagree with your second point because....
It does not matter whether you agree or disagree because you are definitively not in any position to come to this conclusion and we have no further comment on this. We are not idiots. If we could solve this problem with the type of connectivity used to CQG, we would.

And this is why we developed this particular service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

So you need to use the above service.

what should I set it to?
I tried all variations/times/dates.
SC is set to Pacific Standard time.

Set Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date Time to 2019-04-25(Date) 04:00:00(Time). This is assuming your position was flat at that time for the particular symbol and trade account of the chart.

There really should not be a problem with this. That is a very durable solution. So long as there is not subsequent missing order fills. And you can check for those in the Trade Activity Log:
