u can link ur brokerage account from TD to SC so ur not charged a higher rate for using SC platform but u will need data from a 3rd party provider in order to see intra day action for CME products. Purchase sierra bar chart deal as cheapest monthly option if u like. Always remember TD data is smoothed over so u will not c the orders as they come in on a millisecond bases unless 3rd party data provider is used.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Sierra You keep sending me the same fix and it isn't working. I guess you don't want to take an interest in getting this fixed. I will be cancelling my subscription. For the last month I have been paying for Sierra Charts Bar Chart data and CME data and cant use any of them

I am not going to pay a $1 a minute to get on the phone with you give me the same service other SC users with their TD account get

I know you will never refund my payments for the last month so I wont even ask

Your statements do not make any sense.

We did not provide a fix. We are asking for the Message Log so we can understand the problem and help you. We do not control the TD Ameritrade service. We do not control your account balances there (Needs to be greater than 500 USD).

We cannot know what the problem is without getting this information. And so far we do not have it.

Understand the CME sets the rules here. You can complain all you want to the CME. Please give them hell over this. Don't complain to us.

And we did not even talk about telephone support here. It does not matter to us if you want to cancel. If the issue relates to CME rules, we don't want to put up with complaints like this over their dumb rules. This is not worth our time.

And furthermore, when we sense, that a user is struggling with even understanding our basic instructions like you are, we will provide remote assistance support at no charge. So you are completely coming to wrong conclusions here.

Update:

We checked an old log file that we have from you, and what we see is that you are using the wrong symbols like this:
GCLK19

You need to use the correct symbols. Refer to:

You are coming to incorrect conclusions here. This is also not really true. While the data feed itself is marked as not refundable, we can make some exceptions for this.

If you are interested in us having a remote assistance session to get the data feed working for you, we will do that. But you may have to add funds to your TD Ameritrade account if the balance is below 500 USD. Otherwise, we can issue a refund.

We updated the prior post explaining what we think the problem is.
