Hello, In response to your question "Anyone having problems of downloading HS this morning"; YES My chart is stuck on 27March2019 and I was about to send a support ticket to the Sierra tech team. Was your issue resolved or did they provide feedback as I know the tech team is probably busy and I do not wish to disturb them if they are currently working on the issue. Let us all know! Thanks!! |

In response to post #3, we see you are using Transact. What symbol is HS? That is not a transact symbol. And there are no historical data serving problems. Issues like that are very rare to begin with. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
