In response to post #3, we see you are using Transact. What symbol is HS? That is not a transact symbol.

And there are no historical data serving problems. Issues like that are very rare to begin with.


Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
