When I was going to subsribe exchange fee for my spare account, there was a warning of "Unable to get Agreement status due to communications error. This will result in not being able to determine professional or nonprofessional status."

May I ask how I could fix the issue? Thank you.

I am a non-U.S. trader and have signed the Market Data Agreement and Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement).

But when I pressed to subsribe the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts with market depth exchange fee, I got "Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange." and "Market data feed account does not exist. User registration incomplete. User must sign exchange agreements. Complete the agreement now. If you continue getting this error please Contact Support for more help."

Should I also complete the "NYSE Professional Subscriber Agreement (PDF)"?

Will that be the problem I wrongly connected the sierra chart to IB TWS at the first day of the month as required?

I discovered that after signing 2 of the 3 agreements, the real time connection returned to unactivated status. And when I tried to activate it, another problem shows up. Please check the following photos for the problem concenred.

No. And this is a really intolerable situation from our data provider Barchart . We are exceptionally unhappy about this. They have got to resolve this immediately and apologize.

That's great, seems working. I filled the first and the second agreement and now I can subsribe to the real time connection and exchange fee services. Thanks for all the help, truly.

Thank you. But owing to the issue, I had activated another SC account, which basically now running two accounts for the same month. Is that possible to stop the activation of either one of the account and delay the service paid?

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem right now.

I am also a non-U.S. trader (Canada) and have signed both the Market Data Agreement and Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement).

However, when I press to subsribe the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts, I get " Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange." and "The Agreement for the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange is not signed. To enable this exchange, you first need to sign the agreement and then activate the exchange."

Could you please look onto it?

Thank you.
