I am a non-U.S. trader and have signed the Market Data Agreement and Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement). But when I pressed to subsribe the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts with market depth exchange fee, I got "Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange." and "Market data feed account does not exist. User registration incomplete. User must sign exchange agreements. Complete the agreement now. If you continue getting this error please Contact Support for more help." Should I also complete the "NYSE Professional Subscriber Agreement (PDF)"?
