Problems when I try to open a chartbook

Good morning. I already installed the new version.Every time I try to upload a chartbook sierra application close it when I try to upload a chart it says something like YM or ES not authorize. I can not copy the message because it close the platform. Thanks in advance the following message occurs before I try to upload any chart. Thanks it allow me to open charts without a problem. But does not allow me to use any custom study dll.
