Anyone else having constant (Not responding) since moving to Sierra data?

Since moving to Sierra real time data (CME) all i'm getting is not responding, its driving me nuts. i have restarted SC 20 times. Was fine when using CTS

No one else is having an issue like this. It is not related to the data feed. This is not possible. It is some other issue. Refer to help topic 30:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

We want you to start with a new Chartbook, if the current one is using a lot of CPU usage. And then you can gradually figure out what the problem is with the existing one. You could work on it in a sub instance of Sierra Chart:

If you are running version 1870 through 1874, this issue is now resolved assuming it was related to the deadlock condition affecting those versions. We do apologize for that.
