Issue with continuous Futures Data

Issue with continuous Futures Data Sierra 1870 and older CQG-fix GC, CL & other ? Daily/Weekly back-adjusted charts have gaps. Intraday charts back-adjusted are fine. non-continuous charts are fine and show all data - just the back-adjusted charts have missing data I already did delete all contracts and re-download Daily data. I already re-download Symbol settings. The Issue persists. Please advice TY

We have seen this before and not sure why it happens. And unable to reproduce. It is also possible but unlikely you ran into a daily download limit. Follow these instructions below: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Select the last two contract months only and press OK. I also removed by hand the old Barchart.com Daily GCxx data from the Sierra Data folder - as well as the GQC Daily F.US.GCExxx then again I deleted all via Edith -> Delete all Data and download this time only on daily bar is shown of back adjusted contracts ------ 2. I know you have a limit for my subscription regarding downloads . But I have old history files of futures and stocks on my PC. It would be nice that I can display the long term history again. (for EoD and intraday 1Min data) TY

Okay the symbol settings that you have for some unknown reason are causing the historical daily data request to go to CQG mistakenly. Last time we saw this, we asked for the symbol settings file from the user and we could not reproduce so it is unknown why it is happening. On the rare chance that a Sierra Chart update will help, update Sierra Chart and see if that resolves the problem: Software Download: Fast Update After the update re-download the data again.
