SCRT Feed...CME Disconnect

I recently signed up for SC RT feed...I have logged in to my live broker account as advised...twice. I am still unable to connect to live data through the SC feed...Balance shows $$ paid.
I have sent you the message log for analysis.

FYI this worked without issue while on paid trial until end of month...it just connected for about 2 minutes...and shut down again.

This is a CTS server problem. This is unrelated to Sierra Chart or your account.

You can set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services, and then change the symbol of the charts as explained here to match what is used by that service:

I have not changed symbols since starting trial last week...symbols worked fine this morning up until 10am est.
