Symbol limit with Gain

I keep getting this message when I have less than 5 symbols open

Symbol Error - (Symbol) is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX reject reason: Your subscription limit of 5 has been reached

when I am opening symbols the ST on the tool bar does not correspond with the amount of symbols I have open it always shows more

Pleae Help

Disable this option and reconnect the data feed:
General Settings Window: Detect Rollover Of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based On Real Time Volume (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol)

Instructions to reconnect:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Contact your broker and have them increase the symbol limit.

Seriously? This is the solution you came up with? They wont increase. Your solution doesn't fix the problem. It was working properly 2 days ago, its not now something is wrong. Can you please come up with a real solution

We are puzzled by your response. We gave you an answer which should resolve the problem because we think it is related to that option. And also gain capital should increase the limit. It is quite ridiculous they have a 5 symbol limit to begin with. This is absurd.

The real solution lies with Gain Capital.

This has been added to the documentation:
The reason this option should be unchecked is because within approximately two days of when a futures contract is expected to roll over, there is a request for real-time data for the next futures contract symbol increasing the symbol count by 1 for each futures symbol being used.
