Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working after Download of Current Version

Tonight I downloaded the current version and my programmed keyboard shortcuts are not working with my programable keyboard. They were working Friday, prior to download. I confirmed the issue is not with the keyboard itself. I confirmed "Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled" is checked. I confirmed the Keyboard settings did not change. Trades are going through with mouse and all else seems to be working. I reverted to the Pre-release but this did not seem to solve the issue. Besides downloading the current version and reverting to the pre-release, no other changes were made to my settings.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

UPDATE: From some reason I am required to delete and reprogram my programmable keyboard settings, it appears. After doing so, the programmable keyboard is working with the keyboard shortcuts in the current version.

Yes we were going to say that this must be a system-level issue. The keyboard shortcuts do work properly in the latest versions.

There should not be a reason for the Fonts and Keyboard shortcuts to have changed by updating. The most likely scenario is that if someone shared a Chartbook with you, then they can also send their Sierra3.cfg file, which contains the graphics and keyboard settings.

In any case, that file does get backed up when there are changes, so go to the \Backups directory under your main Sierra Chart installation and look for the most recent Sierra3.cfg file (note that it will have a number in front of it). Copy it to the main Sierra Chart installation folder and change the name to be Sierra3.cfg - you will need to remove/rename the Sierra3.cfg file that is already there.

With regards to downloading historical data, we would need more information on what exactly is happening and what symbol you are trying to view.
