SC connection to interactive brokers broken

Hi, suddenly despite no change in setup of SC or TWS, SC fails to login in IB. Please advise.

Yeah, I wrote you once I had gone through all the steps including step 26 and several times, still unsuccesful...

It seems like SC was not registering TWS running, as a Service Connection Error message started to appear when trying to connect to TWS with the message:
"Note: Is the Interactive Brokers TWS software running and is it enabled for socket clients?"

What is the port number TWS is listening on? You have Sierra Chart set to connect on port 7497.

Yes, it is 7497, set up in SC and TWS but still not working.

If you indeed have followed all of the items in that section, then we do not know what the problem is. That is very thorough and very detailed. There simply is no other information we can provide which would help. Once again the instructions are at step 26 here:

What this clearly shows is that the connection is being made to Trader Workstation but then either a firewall is blocking the connection or Trader Workstation is not actually listening on port 7497.
