Yeah, I wrote you once I had gone through all the steps including step 26 and several times, still unsuccesful...

It seems like SC was not registering TWS running, as a Service Connection Error message started to appear when trying to connect to TWS with the message:
"Note: Is the Interactive Brokers TWS software running and is it enabled for socket clients?"
