I am interested in Sierra Chart market data feed for CL and ES futures. I have the following questions: 1. Can you explain what subscriptions do I need and estimated cost? I looked at the URL: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Pricing but I am not clear what I need to subscribe for only the Exchnage fees and/or Data fees. 2. If I subscribe to Sierra Chart market data fees, can I route my orders to my current broker (Interactive Brokers)? If so, can you provide instructions to configure the market data fee and order routing to Interactive Brokers?

Can you please send me the link for item #1 above? I am interested in CL and ES futures market data fee. I am looking at the supported exchanges (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Data Feed Pricing) and I see 3 different options: 1. Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts -> $15.75 USD/month 2. Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts -> $3.25 USD/month 3. CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts -> $5.25 USD/month Which of the above options do I need to select? is the real-time connection (for $25 US/month) separate than these 3 options?

The difference between option 1 and 2 is Market Depth. What is Market Depth? Would this be required to look at Order Flow? Can you send me the link to real-time connection ($25 USD/month)?

1. If you subscribe to Option 1 (Full CME Group with Market Depth for Nonprofessional Trading Accounts -> $15.75 USD/month) you do not need to subscribe to Option 3 as well. You do also need to select the number of real-time symbols (20 symbols is $25.00 USD/month). This is described here: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Data Feed Pricing 2. The Sierra Chart Real-Time Connections are pro-rated. The Exchange Fees are not pro-rated. You can activate an additional exchange at any time, but if it is not at the end/beginning of a month, then you will need to pay for both the old and new exchange for that month. This includes changing from the CME With Market Depth to the CME without Market Depth. If you activated the additional exchange in the middle of the month, you would owe the $15.75 USD/month and the $3.25 USD/month for the rest of that month. 3. The CME offers the first month for free. Sierra Chart offers a one time $5.00 USD trial for the Real-Time Connection for 2 weeks. I am in pacific time zone, in order to avoid issues with month end billing with the exchanges, can I start the setup on Sep 30 at 9 PM PST? You need futures contracts. Cash indices are not futures. You cannot use the cash indices real-time connection. Wait until September 30 11 PM to be safe. But it should be okay at 9:30 PM. I activated the Sierra Chart Real-Time Data Connections and Exchanges CME and NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts and I am not seeing the letter "M" per instructions (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions). It appears that you need to do some symbol mapping for CL and ES per step 22 on instructions. See screenshots of CL and ES

I read post #22 and tested it and it is working fine. However, when I do a "New Instance" of Sierra Chart and select either ES or CL, the "M" does not display on any charts. I then logged in to my live account and still does not show "M". Is this correct? Also, I noticed that the market depth on CL is only 10 levels whereas the ES greater than 10 levels. Can you confirm if this is correct?
