Hi, I had a free trial back in 2010. Recently I have seen chart posts on Twitter from a trader and he is using Sierra Chart. With all the improvements to Sierra Chart, I am possibly looking to make a switch from the current software I am using and would like to evaluate the program again on a trial basis. Is it possible to grant a renewed free trial (15 day usage time) since I have not done so in many years.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you can request another trial, up to a total of 30 days assuming you have not already received those trial days previously. After this you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

Hi Ray, I don't follow too many people on twitter (mostly certain trader, trading and news sites). But I finally found the person posting Sierra Chart charts as he posted another today that I happen to notice. What exactly are looking to see?

Hi Marc, Thank you. It seems that particular charts get peoples attention, I am always curious as to which ones do. We get feedback that our client's are always discovering new functionality and capabilities, so to the extent that someone is doing something new, we would be interested in that too. Influential traders use our platform when our competition would pay them to use theirs, its interesting to reach out to them to hear more. Thank you. Ray

Hi, I got a message my usage time ends tomorrow. I am still setting up Sierra Charts and would like to request more time (another trial). It is taking a little more time than I thought with all the things to set up an learn.

I can have the additional trial start on Monday (since it is time sensitive) If so can I still configure and work with the charts over the weekend to be better up to speed next week.

We are not willing to offer any additional trial time. This is out of the question. You need to consider the support expense which is very costly at 150 USD per hour. Further support will require a paid account.

Yes you are right. What we gave you is our standard response upon activation of an account, but there is a consideration of support time as well that is not explained in our standard response.

Much appreciated - That works as I have just a few more things to set up.. And if I have any support needs I will just activate a paid account to get support, which I plan on doing when all is set up anyway.

I just wanted to say Thank You for the extended trial that you allowed. This allowed me to set up everything and make sure all was set up and running well before trading off/with the platform. As you can see I am now a paid subscriber (and a happy one). So far the program is more than I expected and I really like it. I definitely will be promoting Sierra Chart where or when I can.

Hello, I am on a free 14 Trial
I have connected to [Sc-data All Services], and I get the green light on top, however i cannot open Futures Pairs
and it is not clear if they are typed in the following way ex: F.US.EPZ18 or for example with the symbol ESU8_
I loaded also a chartbook i was given by someone having these symbols F.US.EPZ18 / F.US.ENQZ18 ---- and it shows the charts with symbols in the charts, but the actual charts with all the bars and are not displaying_ Image attached

If i open a new chartbook with a symbol Spx500-1 it opens it and it's fine_
I have also tried to change the symbol in the QuoteBoard, using the link to chart option, but still nothing_
Pls could an engineer take a look at my account to see if i am properly connected, and also what is the right way to place symbols?
I am only contacting the Support Board after spending some times doing a few trials to get it right.

Thank you for the answer, yes i just followed instructions and downloaded the latest version_
I had previously downloaded the platform, from the link given after the: "Account Creation Successful"

I think that the reason i cannot open the pairs it is also because i am using Orderflow/Footprint
and therefore i just re-read instruction and apparently it is not included in the Free trial
so i would need to register to service package 5

I am using chartbooks given by someone to get me started, and he is using Cqg data
Could the issue be that CQG is displaying pairs in a different format ?
Sorry just trying to figure out what to do and if i need live data for the free trial Order Flow, then i will have to pay for it_

The Numbers Bars study is included in your trial:
Numbers Bars

Use the symbol: ESZ18 for the chart. You can change the symbol through Chart >> Chart Settings for existing charts.
