Thank you for the answer, yes i just followed instructions and downloaded the latest version_
I had previously downloaded the platform, from the link given after the: "Account Creation Successful"

I think that the reason i cannot open the pairs it is also because i am using Orderflow/Footprint
and therefore i just re-read instruction and apparently it is not included in the Free trial
so i would need to register to service package 5

I am using chartbooks given by someone to get me started, and he is using Cqg data
Could the issue be that CQG is displaying pairs in a different format ?
Sorry just trying to figure out what to do and if i need live data for the free trial Order Flow, then i will have to pay for it_
