Hello, I wanted to connect datafeed but it failed with this message: Action Result: Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 4941_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. To now I traded sim and now I wanted to start to trade real account. It is small $5K account but owner of the account is LTD. company not person. Maybe that means that the account is proffesional? What I have to make for restoring of the datafeed? |

I tried to activate the datafeed more times and the last test looks like succesfull and the costs of datafeed have been deducted.

Hello, something is still wrong. From the opening of market I see figures and volume profile in DoM, but main chart and indicators like relative volume etc. are blank. Costs of datafeed was deducted from my account. |

Okif I go back in Global Settings - Data Trade Service Setting to SC DATA, the main chart is back but in the same moment stop DoM his work. If I canceled the IB symbol in Chart Setting - Trade and Current Quote Symbol, the Trade Windows the window changes color to SIM trading and all chart works with DoM window. But how to send the orders from Sierra to API TWS in that case?
