Hello, I wanted to connect datafeed but it failed with this message: Action Result: Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 4941_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. To now I traded sim and now I wanted to start to trade real account. It is small $5K account but owner of the account is LTD. company not person. Maybe that means that the account is proffesional? What I have to make for restoring of the datafeed?
