Hi,
I am transferring SC to a new Win10 computer and I run into issue where the SC hangs up when I try to open chart.
The chart opens fine on my other computer which is win 8.1.

Any idea what could be wrong?

The chart is using custom studies and most likely the problem is with those. Refer to help topic 17:

I was able to resolve the issue with startup that were caused by custom dll using the instructions.
