Charts lock up

I love your product. Great graphics. Love the indicators and tools. Very well priced.

I have one issue. I use Gain through Daniels trading as my data vendor. I've went through the support board searching for and applying the answers I have found to solve this issue, but to no avail.I am frequently getting a "not responding " message to which I have been disconnected from the server. I've talked to Daniels Trading and Gain. They were not having issues. It just seems that Sierra does not like Gain data. I've done everything I can find to do.the charts will just freeze up. I happen to look and the data isn't tracking my Daniels DOM. When I click on the chart, I get the picture I have attached.

I don't know what to do to fix it. I checked all the clock settings as suggested. Everything I could find on the support board, I checked. I could be missing the answer.

Daniels trading does offer CQG data through Gain. I thought about trying that. Will that work any better? Which CQG product would I use? They have many listed. Some as low as $10 a month. I'm willing to do that if you think it will solve my issue. Short of that, I'm asking for a refund and/or to cancel my account. I think I am still on the free trial.I don't want ot cancel your product. I like it. I had been using ESignal. I love it too. But Sierra can pretty much do what ESignal does. So I'd like o keep it if we can get this data issue figured out. I don't want to spend a bunch a money on support. If it is going to cost me $75 an hour, PLEASE do not help me with support. I will just cancel and find another product. I wouldn't complain about the support charge, but I am not paying for it on a free trial usage offer. I won't pay for it when it seems something could be done to make sierra charts more compatible to the Gain data feed. That isn't my fault.

Please, if there is a fix, tell me. If there is not, refund the charge back to my card please and cancel my free trial offer.

We will call you and help you with this. Not sure where you got the $75 an hour from. There is no support service we offer at that rate. That is a hypothetical rate for programming, but that is not a service we ever offer.

We do have $0.75 a minute which is charged for certain types of support but we would not charge that in this particular case.

User has been called. In this particular case we believe the problem is most likely due to the custom studies being used.

After running Sierra Chart in Safe Mode let us know if you still see an issue. And then try running without safe mode.

The sierra chart engineering department is correct. It is the studies I use that are causing my chart and data issues. I have run sierra in the 64 bit version in safe mode and with my charts. Safe mode runs perfect. If my charts are loaded, I have data and chart drag. I also get the not responding thing.

TAS suggested that I try the 32 bit version. It too will run fine in the safe mode. I do have chart and data drag with it as welll. I did not get the "not responding" error yet but the market has been somewhat slow this afternoon.

To sum it up, there is nothing wrong with sierra charting from what I can tell. It appears it is the studies I try to employ. The studies are marketed and supposed to work in this platform. I have used TAS studies in other platforms without issue, I love your product. I just wish it would work with the studies I am using. If the TAS gets their studies to work with sierra, I will absolutely be a customer.

At this point, I have to reluctantly ask for my trial offer to end and for a refund for the year I paid in advance. Can you please tell me what I need to do to receive a refund? You do have an awesome program. I just can't utilize my studies through it.
