The sierra chart engineering department is correct. It is the studies I use that are causing my chart and data issues. I have run sierra in the 64 bit version in safe mode and with my charts. Safe mode runs perfect. If my charts are loaded, I have data and chart drag. I also get the not responding thing.

TAS suggested that I try the 32 bit version. It too will run fine in the safe mode. I do have chart and data drag with it as welll. I did not get the "not responding" error yet but the market has been somewhat slow this afternoon.

To sum it up, there is nothing wrong with sierra charting from what I can tell. It appears it is the studies I try to employ. The studies are marketed and supposed to work in this platform. I have used TAS studies in other platforms without issue, I love your product. I just wish it would work with the studies I am using. If the TAS gets their studies to work with sierra, I will absolutely be a customer.

At this point, I have to reluctantly ask for my trial offer to end and for a refund for the year I paid in advance. Can you please tell me what I need to do to receive a refund? You do have an awesome program. I just can't utilize my studies through it.
