There doesn't appear to be any daily data for the FDAX. When I try to open a historical chart I just get one bar for today. On a 4hr chart I get data back to Nov 17. Also on FESX I only get daily historical back to early 2017. Any thoughts?

Keep the service always set to LMAX if that is what you are normally using.

We see why there is a problem. We need about a few days to resolve.

We have confirmed the problem is resolved. What we want you to do is to perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps

And then go to that Daily chart, DYM18, and Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

I've done as you've directed and the problem hasn't changed. I get partial data on daily's, and when I change to a 4hr, I get a single candle from Sep 2017.

The data downloading is working properly but what we see is that the #2 chart is set to 240 days per bar. That is the problem. Select Chart >>Bar Periods >> Daily for that chart.

It's set to load 4380 days as a historical chart, the date range in file is only from 2017-09-18, and that is incomplete -see volume.

Thanks for the above. I have another issue with something, could start another thread if you like but it also concerns the data.

I log in and out throughout the day, when I am online I get more volume shown than when logged out, so that the volume bars actively measure when I'm at the screen. I later delete and dl the data and this exagerated volume disappears.

Okay we will test this, that would be very concerning if this is actually the case. We don't see how this could even happen. We would expect some other explanation.

Agreed, it's very odd. ATM I don't feel I can trust the data. I just 'uploaded to support' two images, one before 'deleting and dling', the other after, to show what the volume is doing.

We see the problem and what's happening is that the bid and ask updates are also being recorded as trades because the EUREX futures data is being used in combination with the LMAX data feed. It is quite clear what is happening. We will have this resolved by the end of the day tomorrow.
