daily charts not updating, intra-day data is fine

I'm using SC 1736 with TransAct data. My intra-day data is updating just fine but my daily isn't....data stopped downloading 2/23/2018. I talked with TransAct support and they suggested I post my issue here. Suggestions? Bruce P.S. when I open a daily charts it says "download" failed....in red letters. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Here's the log. I did notice the log says: "The symbol or data type is not supported with your account type". Those particular symbols are no longer supported.
