below is from customer, is there something specific he needs to do?

I'm unable to display a "200 Simple MA" study on a Daily chart on the YM only...all other instruments
I can display it on. However for some reason the YM will not show up on the screen.

I've updated the software and that didn't work.

Please advise.

Check in Chart >> Chart Settings that either the Use Number of Days to Load or the Use Date Range (whichever is selected) is loading more than 200 days of data, otherwise there is not enough data to create the Moving Average.
