I have an account at Cunningham LLC Futures and use CTS as my data feed. I have live and SIM data. I use the SIM data for my link to Sierra Charts. When I log into CTS SIM and pull up a chart I get all historical data. When I log into Sierra using CTS SIM is do not get all historical data. I have my charts (all) set to for Continuous Futures contract - Volume Based Rollover, Back adjusted and I have gaps in prices and in some cases they are very significant. I asked CTS directly, they said this is a Sierra issue because when I log into the SIM account there is zero issues with any charts both intra day and historical. when I set my Sierra charts up with using the SIM CTS data I have issues with historically data. Am I missing something? Would love some help or guidance on this issue. I love the Sierra Platform.

Hello, thank you for the reply. here is a copy of a daily chart on ZB June 2018 contract. I do have my settings set to Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover. I have CTS live Data and SIM data from my clearing firm. As mentioned when I log into the T4 (CTS platform) I have all the historical data and no gaps. but when I link my CTS SIM to Sierra I have gaps and or no historical data? I asked CTS about this issue and they said it was a Sierra issue becasue when they logged in to My SIM/LIVE accounts all the data was there.

I have done everything as you have laid out here and I still have the same issues. for some reason on this contract (ZB) 30 year treasury future I cannot get the March contract to show? I log into my SIM CTS account and pull up the Daily chart and it has all the data. I have gone to CTS and they continue to say this is a Sierra issue. I can pull up ZN and no problem but any ZB contract and UB (Ultra Bond) I have mixed to limited data on Sierra. But when I use my CTS platforms (Live and SIM) I have all the data.

As per previous comments i have been going crazy with this. I don't get it. I have gone to Global Settings > Symbol settings and re-loaded everything. I have gone through CTS Fix - DTC no matter what same outcome. The March Contract is not here when set to any continuous contract settings. I have deleted and re-loaded the data more times than I care to mention. I have logged into all my SIM and Live accounts with my CTS/Broker credentials and I have all the data there. But when I use those credentials here on Sierra this is what the results are? odd.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

We are fairly sure you are not re-downloading the data for the prior contract months. We will use remote assistance and do this. We think what you are doing is selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and at the first prompt pressing Yes instead of No.

Well..am i pretty stupid. Yes..Yes I was pressing Yes and I should have been pressing No. All of it works now perfectly.
