I have an account at Cunningham LLC Futures and use CTS as my data feed. I have live and SIM data. I use the SIM data for my link to Sierra Charts. When I log into CTS SIM and pull up a chart I get all historical data. When I log into Sierra using CTS SIM is do not get all historical data. I have my charts (all) set to for Continuous Futures contract - Volume Based Rollover, Back adjusted and I have gaps in prices and in some cases they are very significant. I asked CTS directly, they said this is a Sierra issue because when I log into the SIM account there is zero issues with any charts both intra day and historical. when I set my Sierra charts up with using the SIM CTS data I have issues with historically data. Am I missing something? Would love some help or guidance on this issue. I love the Sierra Platform.
