I figured it out - but have no idea how this is possible.

When i click on the Manage Account link you provided from my cell phone, which is what i've done the past couple of times, i see my cell phone number - the correct number.

However, when i hit the link from my PC i see you have my old house line number.

I've changed that number to the cell number beginning with 708. please let me know if you still see the 630 number.

There probably is no need for the call. We have done testing using Transact historical data and can simply just not reproduce this problem at all.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure Sierra Chart is set for a tick by tick data configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:
Tick by Tick Data Configuration

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

The above should clear the problem. We cannot see how this would be the case otherwise.

This problem has reappeared. i saw it occur once last week, but hoped it was an anomalie. here it is again today.

Before sending this i did download the current version and performed a "Delete and Download Data" from just prior to the bar in question.

Played around with this a little more. shut down and restarted my pc, no change. I also tried the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 tick setting on renko bars with wicks. Perhaps you alraedy know this, but it only acts up on the 4-tick setting. all those others seem to be fine.

Send us that particular chart following these instructions here:

And tell us the time zone you have Sierra Chart set to or that chart is set to.

The problem is if we cannot reproduce it we cannot resolve it and if we cannot reproduce it you should not be having it either. This is what is puzzling.

We were finally able to reproduce this. It was simply a problem with rounding. So this will be solved in the next release coming out in about a day or two.
