There probably is no need for the call. We have done testing using Transact historical data and can simply just not reproduce this problem at all.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure Sierra Chart is set for a tick by tick data configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:
Tick by Tick Data Configuration

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

The above should clear the problem. We cannot see how this would be the case otherwise.
