Interactive Scale Range not working with Logarithmic Chart Scale

Interactive Scale Range isn't working with Logarithmic Chart Scale. Should it please? It works fine in linear scaling.

Also I just subscribed to Service Level 5 and put $100 into my account for subscriptions. I've attempted to activate historical and real time data and also to pay for Exchange subscriptions. However I can't because the SC system won't let me answer the location question button which is unresponsive. I live in California, U.S.A. if you can help force that data field please.

I posted a request for help from the Accounts Department but have had no reply yet. Presumably they aren't working over the holiday weekend and you may not be either. I'm sharing that issue in case it's related to the Scale Range issue in some way. I'm receiving historical data for equities but not for forex. Presumably the data I'm receiving is coming from Interactive Brokers.

The Accounts Department questions I posted generated what appeared to be an auto-response which questioned whether it was an account-related question as opposed to tech. I assume it's not an appropriate tech question unless you tell me otherwise.

This is done. We had no problem with it. Not sure why you had an issue. Must have been some browser specific problem.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
