Account disapeared from balances page

Today while trading my june account completely disappeared while I was trading on it. I have two accounts (may, and june) through T4 (via topsteptrader), and the may account appears fine, but the june is not showing up in sierracharts. According to tst, the accounts are both fine, and I am able to connect to both through the T4 web platform.

Attached is my message log, which shows that it is getting some information about the account, and a screenshot of my balances page, where the account is not showing up.

After closer examination, it appears that the june account may be trying to load invalid symbols, but I cannot understand why? This is a completely fresh installation (for testing this problem) with no charts or watchlists created.. so where is it trying to load those symbols from?

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Sierra Chart is handling everything property and subscribing to the accounts and requesting the trading related data. If there is trading related data missing, it is simply because it is not being provided. We would not be really concerned about the account balance data. We can see the server is not providing that for one of the accounts and we sometimes see that wwith CTS. This is not unusual. We cannot help with that.

The most important thing are the Trade Orders and Positions. If those are actually in existence, are they displayed?

This is simply because the CTS server is providing security definitions for these particular symbols and Sierra Chart is requesting a more detailed security definition for them.

When the account first disappeared, my position in the DOM also disappeared, while my stop order stayed open.

What I noticed later however, was that the trade window did still show the account, and that I was able to place orders using it. My concern was that there was something going on that might cause problems with my positions/orders.

Throughout last night the account disappeared and reappeared multiple times. Today it has been showing up/working fine.

You really need to have your broker contact CTS about this. There is nothing we can do from our side. We have no control over this.
Clearly this was a temporary CTS problem.

Sierra Chart displays all trading information as it is received from CTS. All of that is working properly.

The last time we saw problem like this, an account was not configured to carry overnight positions.
