You really need to have your broker contact CTS about this. There is nothing we can do from our side. We have no control over this.
Clearly this was a temporary CTS problem.

Sierra Chart displays all trading information as it is received from CTS. All of that is working properly.

The last time we saw problem like this, an account was not configured to carry overnight positions.
