We do not know exactly what you did. However, here is the documentation for zooming in and out:
Working With Charts: Zooming In and Out

What is Chart >> Chart Settings >> Days to Load set to?

It seems as though it is only set to 1.

We want you to re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download from the main menu.

Also you have 650 pixels of spacing between the chart bars. You can reduce that by pressing and holding the down arrow key on your keyboard.

That is correct. We are preparing a Chartbook for you now, with the study properly set up. We do not know why it looks the way it is for you.

Tell us what particular difference is of concern.

It functionally is the same. You can make the bars candlestick bars through Chart >> Graph Draw Types >> Candlestick Bars.

[2017-05-11 21:21:36]
Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
OK so you do not want these lines to be developing.

You just need to set this Input to No with the Volume by Price study:

Is there anyway you can make this profile for me through team viewer remote control ?
[2017-05-11 22:03:15]
Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Yes. That is USD.65 per minute.

But we need to understand exactly what you want. Hopefully that can be explained clearly to us during the remote assistance session.

If you want to proceed add 20 USD to your services balance:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

Let us know when that is done.

We do not provide this level of support for free.

Our normal rate for this is 75 USD per hour.

Your position is not reasonable whatsoever.

As a matter of policy, the support that you have already received is something that we normally do not provide to trial users according to our policy but we did make an exception in this case.

You either need to pay, or go ahead look elsewhere.

Are you specifically interested in the Point of Control, Value Area, and Volume Weighted Average Price lines?

If so, this is what we have already provided you. It functionally is the same thing.
