How do I cancel my account/get my service balance credit refunded?

There is nothing to cancel. Your account will end on 2017-05-20.

There is no available credit balance. The amount shown is actually a mistake and you still owe us 14 USD. There was a calculation error after we have looked over the calculations just now. We will have this Services Balance calculation corrected by the end of the day.


Also, the cost of support has exceeded the amount you have paid.

There will also be a deduction for support expenses at a rate of USD 75 per hour. Do understand that providing support to users whether online or via telephone does cost us money and is not refundable.

We are not asking for any money. There was a calculation error with the Services Balance which was a mistake on our side and we are fixing that today.

Your actual balance is -14 USD (negative).


We are just simply saying, what the actual cost is to us. 150 may be an overestimate, but 75 is closer to accurate. The issue is not about you, but about the tremendous wasted time over CME exchange fee policies which we go through day after day.

We apologize for the remarks on both sides in the early morning. Those have been deleted.

I appreciate the apology but the response from whoever I was messaging with was completely unacceptable. All I did is ask to cancel and saw there was a credit on my account and asked for it to be refunded if that were the case. Again, those responses were completely out of line and not I'm not sure how whoever that was has a job this morning. I was going to post that entire thread to a separate trading message board showing the ridiculous treatment I endured after simply asking for a refund but I will hold off in the hopes that something is done about the person who posted that nonsense. Please let me know.

Support here is provided by engineers who work very hard to develop reliable and capable software. You are receiving support from the same person/support group as always.

We would be more than happy to have this discussion posted to a trading message board. This is something we have publicly asked for. Just please make sure you also link to this since the underlying reason for a lot of the time spent relates to CME fees:
