We are not asking for any money. There was a calculation error with the Services Balance which was a mistake on our side and we are fixing that today.

Your actual balance is -14 USD (negative).


We are just simply saying, what the actual cost is to us. 150 may be an overestimate, but 75 is closer to accurate. The issue is not about you, but about the tremendous wasted time over CME exchange fee policies which we go through day after day.

We apologize for the remarks on both sides in the early morning. Those have been deleted.
