I appreciate the apology but the response from whoever I was messaging with was completely unacceptable. All I did is ask to cancel and saw there was a credit on my account and asked for it to be refunded if that were the case. Again, those responses were completely out of line and not I'm not sure how whoever that was has a job this morning. I was going to post that entire thread to a separate trading message board showing the ridiculous treatment I endured after simply asking for a refund but I will hold off in the hopes that something is done about the person who posted that nonsense. Please let me know.
