Made a free 14 days demo with Cunningham CTS T4, I have put User & Pass on Sierra after having activated the instruments I'm interested in from inside T4 Web Trader. On one PC it woks fine in serra but on the other PC with the same settings (of course having logged out from the other pc) it is not working. tks for the reply, done the full reset, still says unknown symbol, but then when on the open chart I do Chart Settings/Apply Global System Settings the unknown symbol disappear but it only load historica data, not realtime... On the other pc the same settings, (for what I can see) same Sierra Version, same CTS account works fine. yep, but the strange thing is that on another pc with the same credentials, the same Sierra Chart version is working fine.!!?!? realtime ... I disconnect it from CTS and open it on the other PC and give me this error...

unfortunately yes, cut & paste... I also made another demo on the pc where I have the problem with a new user & password on this pc it doesn't work on the other yes... (on both of them, connecting one x time it logs in... green light) I'm thinking about doing a clean unistall of sierra on the pc where I have the problem... what do you think? tks regards |

Definitely do not reinstall Sierra Chart. That is not going to solve the problem at all. It is totally unrelated. with a new user & password Are you referring to a new Sierra Chart username or a CTS username?

Tks for the reply, "with a new user & password" I'm referring to a new CTS demo, I made a new free trial, with the new CTS user & password, again it works on sierra on my first pc and doesn't on the sierra of the other one. I probably have some different setting somewhere but didn't find it... that's why I was thinking of reinstalling sierra on the pc where it is not working so may be with all the default settings... I'll try to figure out asking also to CTS Tks regards |

Do not reinstall. That will not help you whatsoever. You must work with CTS and your broker on this issue. We know what we are talking about here.
