tks for the reply, done the full reset, still says unknown symbol, but then when on the open chart I do Chart Settings/Apply Global System Settings the unknown symbol disappear but it only load historica data, not realtime... On the other pc the same settings, (for what I can see) same Sierra Version, same CTS account works fine.
