TPO charts not working

                Hi, I can't open TPO charts since this morning. Once opened the screen is totally black. You can see a screenshot attached to this post. I will be really thankful for any your suggestions to solve this problem asap. Andrea  |

                Remove all of the studies from the chart and add just the TPO Profile Chart study.                 The Chartbook is still not attached here. Maybe you are reading the wrong instructions. On this page,: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) You need to go to the section titled "Attaching a File". Another thing we want you to do is to follow the instructions here to reset the settings for the TPO Profile Chart study: Chart Studies: Using Custom Default Study Settings (the name of the section is Resetting Default Study Settings For an Individual Study) Also select Chart >> Reset Chart.                 There are two things that you need to do. Open the Scale window for the chart following these instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Scaling.html#ScaleWindowMainPriceGraph Set the Scale Range to "Automatic". Currently you have User Defined. That is the main problem. You should never be using a user-defined scale for the main price graph.
