There are two things that you need to do. Open the Scale window for the chart following these instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Scaling.html#ScaleWindowMainPriceGraph Set the Scale Range to "Automatic". Currently you have User Defined. That is the main problem. You should never be using a user-defined scale for the main price graph.
