You need to go to the section titled "Attaching a File".


Another thing we want you to do is to follow the instructions here to reset the settings for the TPO Profile Chart study:

Chart Studies: Using Custom Default Study Settings (the name of the section is Resetting Default Study Settings For an Individual Study)

Also select Chart >> Reset Chart.
