So I was told that EP is the symbol for emini S&P of which I have always traded with that symbol being ES. I am having problems because I am just using Sierra with CQG data feed for execution and that symbol is way off as compared to the charts I look at with ES on my multiple other data sources? Why would this be? It is a big problem for me to have such a large difference. Could someone call me or email me? I would like some personal support on this to figure this out.

In regards to post #1, there was a time stamping issue on the server which was resolved about 30 minutes ago. It was off by about two seconds and affected historical data since about 2016-11-29. This has caused some differences with chart bars compared to charts using data from other services. This is now corrected.

Go to the chart and re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

So the chart updating is delayed by 10 minutes? Or is it not updating at all?

Like on the DOM which I am trying to use for execution it is showing the price at the spot where based on my other data it was about 10 minutes ago

First understand that we do not control the market data. That is controlled by your broker. Therefore, if the data is delayed you need to contact your broker about that.

Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

So you need to contact your broker and have them authorize your CQG account for real-time CME data.

Once they do that follow the instructions here to reconnect to the data feed:

And then you will need to re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download to remove the out of order data which was caused by the delayed data you are currently receiving.
