So you need to contact your broker and have them authorize your CQG account for real-time CME data.
Once they do that follow the instructions here to reconnect to the data feed:
And then you will need to re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download to remove the out of order data which was caused by the delayed data you are currently receiving.
