I can only download last 3 months of crude oil (CL) with my Package 3 and AMP/TT. E.g. symbol CL-201604-CME is in the list in Find Symbol dialog but Sierra says "Unknown Symbol" when I try to open a chart.
I can't find any limitations on your TT feed page however for CQG it is said "For expired futures contracts, tick by tick data is available with Sierra Chart service package 5". Do I need package 5 with TT as well or there's some problem elsewhere?

Thanks
Nick

This is exactly what I'm doing. Sierra only downloads last 3 months. I specified start date as 2015-01-01 (Use Date Range in Chart Settings) and I see files created for all expiries but they are empty except the last 3. I've attached the screenshot.
I tried to re-download all the data (Delete All Data And Download) but the result is the same.
What I need to do to download the rest of data?

Thanks
Nick

Do not do this. It is not applicable in this case.

Thanks for the reply. I did everything as explained in the instructions but it does not help. I tried the second method with removing the files and restarting Sierra - same result.
For all contracts before May 2016 I'm getting the error: Error downloading historical Intraday data for CL-201604-CME. Historical data file not available for symbol.
Please help to make it work.

Here is the section of the log for CL-201604-CME:
