This is exactly what I'm doing. Sierra only downloads last 3 months. I specified start date as 2015-01-01 (Use Date Range in Chart Settings) and I see files created for all expiries but they are empty except the last 3. I've attached the screenshot. I tried to re-download all the data (Delete All Data And Download) but the result is the same. What I need to do to download the rest of data? Thanks Nick
