I still have package 5, and I have tried both CQG data feed options (FIX Trading & webAPI). You need to enter your CQG Username and Password for both the Data Connection and the Trading Connection. I checked with my broker, ADM, and they confirmed that I am enabled for Sierra. They say the issue is with Sierra Charts. I've already updated SC to current version. This is a larger excerpt of what I'm seeing...
