Those prices I do not see on my chart. I see minimum price 2.011. That is a contradiction.

Scroll the chart to this point in time you are referring to. Enable Chart >> Show Rollover Dates. Post an image of the chart by following these instructions here:

There is another way to provide the chart. Go to the chart and scroll to the position where you see the problem you are describing and select Edit >> Screen Images >> Send Chart to Support.

When you do that, let us know here when that is done.

Your chart will not show the High and Low values because you have a Graph Draw Type which is showing only the Last trade price.

Based upon what we see we recommend setting Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period Type to Number of Trades per Bar and in the box below set it to 1.

Id like Customize Keyboard Shortcuts namely BUYand SELL in Main Menu of Trade Window of DOM. But in Trading Keyboard Shortcuts there are no BUY and SELL. May be different commands have it or there is different way to help me.

Id like also Customize Keyboard Shortcuts namely Buy Stop and Sell Stop in Order Entry Ladder of DOM. But in Trading Keyboard Shortcuts there are no Buy Stop and Sell Stop (plus or minus couple of ticks)easier.

In trading keyboard shortcuts there are :
-Buy Stop Ask +3 ticks and
-Sell Stop Bid -3 ticks.
Is it possible to increase a quantity of ticks more than 3 for both of them?

I customized keyboard shortcuts. I have Buy and Sell Stops( B and S stop) and Buy and Sell triggered trial stops (B and S TTS). B and S stops -closer to Current Price, B and S TTS -farther.
I trade live today and B and S stops become farther from current price -I lost.
How I can avoid that situation?

That exception should not be occurring.

In the box: Data Files Folder I only see C:/Users/gennady and there is no file with extension cht. When I click on Select button underneath there is no folder with Chartbook file. If I continue to Attaching a file after Browse appears only file Sierra3.cfg C:/Sierra Chart, and the same in Upload File. I make it private, then Submit New Replay, and Action Result is

If you have set the Data Files Folder to C:/Users/gennady, then when you follow through the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile
you will need to navigate to that particular folder after pressing the Browse button.

The Chartbook will be in that folder. Also in the message box for the new post that has the Chartbook, just type something like "Chartbook is attached". Otherwise, you will not be able to post a Chartbook.
