My broker send me that:

CQG just emailed us with an alert that user ACecilioCQG, listed to Antonio Cecilio, is having issues with a login. He is exceeding the login rate which is cuasing issues for CQG. We need to find out what Antonio is doing and stop it.

It´s real i can´t login sierra chart, i don´t know why.

Look at this attachement and tell me if is anything wrong.

So you are not able to connect to CQG?

We do not know what your CQG Username and Password are, but you want to get those from your broker and reenter them in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window.

Contact your broker/trading service and let them know you are getting the above message. They need to enable Sierra Chart on your CQG account to connect to the CQG Web API.

Look what my broker say:

So were still on this Sierra/CQG setup. I have both CQG private labels turned on for user ACecilioCQG. Did Sierra support inform the client what other permission is missing? When we check with CQG and compare with other users Antonio is set up correctly. Does the client have any new info for us? Is there error message exactly the same, form before I enabled the second check mark? Remember we didn’t have FIX enabled to start but it looked like the trader needed it.


If the trader continue to get no answer this is my recommendation, have the client start a new email with this Sierra Chart rep and include the SupportDesk@admis.com. With the three of us on the same email chain I would hope the right user permissions can be confirmed.

We do not contract third party vender so your client will need to start the communication process.

The other messages are relevant.

You need to contact the ADMIS Support Desk and have them authorize your CQG account for the ES (CQG symbol EP) CME futures.
